~Moonlight, Work in Progress Short Story~

This is a short story about a wolf who almost dies and finds an endless forest. Please, constructive criticism only and PLEASE give me any tips. :D
Frost looked around at what was once her pack. All of them had beem shot by hunters. A pain in her hind-leg grew as she tried to get up. She looked at her leg, and was disgusted with the sight. A bullet had been shot, and had impaled itself in her leg. She yelped in pain.
