Name- Ishikawa Tomo
Age- 16
Gender- Female
Looks- Tomo is tall, with droopy black hair, glasses, and rings under her eyes due to lack of sleep. The fur of her tail is white and brown-spotted. Her ears are all white.
Other- She usually hangs out at her neighborhood coin laundry during hours she isn't at school (and she stays at school late). It isn't that she's homeless...She and her family just don't see eye to eye.

Accepted! Oh my kami thank you!~ ok, so do you got any plot ideas? Like it could just be random rp or maybe humans don't like us, or humans are starting to capture neko's? Idk I just REALLY wanted to rp, lol

How about this: there's a big social stigma on being a neko, and so, to keep the peace, the government makes it so that neko kids have to go to special schools, segregated from the normal kids. That way they aren't harassed for their tails and ears, and human parents aren't bothered by the thought of their kids being 'corrupted' by the nekos, or whatever. Some businesses are be segregated, too, and human kids try to start fights with them on the streets. So some kids at the local neko school start a club to defend their classmates from the human kids who bully them. Kick-butt adventures ensue.

Kage walked down the streets deporting her tail randomly walking to school while also avoiding the human kids to.

Name- Jack Ike
Age- 18
Gender- Male
Looks- Black feathers covering all skin excluding below wrists and ankles, Avian head with beak, azure eyes, talon-esque feet. Usually wears jeans, black tank top, trenchcoat and fedora.
Other- Unlike most other Neko's, Jack is an avian Neko. While the prominent features of feline Neko's are cat ears and tails, Jack has a notably avian appearance, to the point where he appears to be an Anthromorphic crow. Despite this, he appears to be unable to fly, or is unwilling. He will fight until he cannot, should he need to.

Scritch. Scritch.

Tomo awoke to unfamiliar voices and the smell of uncapped markers. And laughter. Stifled laughter. She quickly sat up and pushed the hair out of her eyes. A girl with long, light hair looked up, scrambled back, caught her breath--dropping the marker she had held in her hand as well as Tomo's backpack.

Unphased, the neko snapped and said, "I'll give you three seconds, Hibiki."

Tomo scooted off of the park bench and picked up the bag as Hibiki ran away into the trees.

What had originally been light blue was now a rainbow of scribbles, with a very unflattering depiction of Tomo on a rope, and the words 'drop dead, stupid cat!' hanging in the air over her head. She frowned and ran her thumb across the fabric. With the leftover marker she wrote herself a note on her hand.

::Ten minutes later.

Tomo surveyed the old cricket husk of a school from across the street. She was carrying her backpack at her side (ruined or not, she still needed what was in it) and her ears were low on her head, a sign of dimmed spirit. Since she still had a good ten minutes to kill before school, she had her notebooks spread out on the ground beside her. A gaggle of human women passed her and chittered. She stared back at them.

Whump!
The last of the five boys finally fell to the ground, as Jack's fist connected with his nose, breaking it. "Five - nil to me, boys. Don't make me get to six." He said, as he used his boot to push the face of one of the boys, currently suffering from a broken arm, into the dirt as he attempted to get back up. As Jack stepped out of the alleyway, dusting the dirt off his trench coat, and picked up his school bag. Unlike Tomo's bag, his was completely black with no marks on it from annoying vandals. He was only four or so blocks from the school, so he simply began walking up the street towards where Tomo sat. As he walked, he noticed an abandoned house, the windows and doors boarded up. He thought nothing of it, then saw the group of girls that had laughed at Tomo, and grinned. As he walked past the group, he stuck his leg out and tripped the one girl at the back of the group. Within moments,the chain reaction was complete, all of them having toppled over eachother and now struggling to get back up off the sidewalk. He then walked past Tomo, and sat a few meters away from her, his eyes closed.
